As a Property Manager, are you faced with replacing viable fixtures solely for aesthetic reasons?
When it comes to renovations and deciding whether to replace outdated casework and fixtures which still have functional life, despite what millwork and furniture companies might have you to believe, a very easy and cost-effective solution for updating the appearance of your existing millwork components does exist. And not only is it a highly economical and sustainable alternative to the disposal and replacement of your viable fixtures, it also provides a renewed look that is both beautiful and extremely durable.

Eco-Surfacing is the smart, sustainable approach for updating millwork.
Eco-Surfacing is the process whereby decorative, thermo-pliable foils are utilized to update existing fixtures and casework to a completely brand new look. Eco-Surfacing easily extends the life of outdated millwork and is a fraction of the cost of replacement. At Eco-Surfacing Foils, we provide end-users with a wide range of finish options to choose from, including an extensive collection of wood, metallic and solid-color patterns. Our skilled installation specialists ensure that each job is completed to the highest quality of standards.

Eco-Surfacing utilizes thermo-pliable foils to revitalize existing fixtures.
A thermo-pliable foil is a decorative, flexible vinyl laminate with an integrated pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. It is designed to be an aftermarket, field-appliable finish for existing laminate, metal and veneer surfaces. It combines aspects of a high pressure laminate (e.g., finish selection and abrasion resistance) with those of a thermofoil (e.g., flexibility and conformability) to form an innovative surfacing material that functions as an instant finish. Simply unroll, cut and apply. Existing fixtures can be updated in a matter of minutes.

End-users need not waste valuable resources on replacement fixtures.
According to an EPA study up to 136 million tons of landfill waste are generated from construction and renovation projects each year. Of that amount 92% is produced by renovation and demolition projects alone. While discarded millwork components make up only a portion of that waste, they still represent a significant opportunity for end-users to make a difference.
